🖤 Allow 75-90 mins for an initial naturopathy appointment. An initial consult involves delving into your medical history taking a through snapshot of your health, diet and lifestyle. It may be helpful to fill out a food diary prior and please complete the intake & consent form before your appointment. A follow up health plan presentation will follow around week later where new interventions are presented and discussed. Allow 45 mins for the health plan presentation.

🖤 Please bring any recent blood tests or other results. Names & dosages of any medication & supplements

🖤 Massage sessions range from 30 - 90 mins
🖤 45 mins is fine for back, neck and shoulders
🖤 If you would like full body you are best to book 60 mins or 90 mins

🖤 Initial appointments allow a little extra time. Please book at least 45 minutes for your first appointment as we take a quick medical history, & may need to assess you
